Can you just download them from your email to a folder, then put them in whatever picture system you currently use (I see you post pics all the time so you must be using something). I use Photobucket. Just upload from whatever folder you download the email attachments. If the email has the pics but they aren't attachments, try right clicking on the picture in the email body and "save as" to get them into a folder on your hard drive.
Hope I'm not telling you what you already know. Let me know if this helps or not.

Well I finally got my act together .

Here is Robbie's Showcase. More pics to follow later on tonight.

What makes his work even more unique is that HE DOES NOT USE AN AIRBRUSH.

The base paint is laid down with a rattle can and his finish is all washes and filters.

But he is a professional artist and makes his living from painting oil on canvas paintings and portraits.

Fantastic work from your buddy, Robbie. :D

And just using a rattle can. Wow. He really has a knack for weathering, and washes.

Wish I had half his talent.

Hope he doesn't enter our "contest".

I don't know how more real looking you could get. He's got the worn metal thing down. Everything looks real like it weighs tons like heavy iron vehicles do in real life.

Your friend is really talented.

Robbie has been hard at it. He finished his T-34/76 and the Sherman with my dozer and T-23 turret.

Not to bad of a job

But he has got to get a backdrop !~!!

Re: Robbie's Showcase . Consignment Possibilities !!!!!

Post by pickelhaube » Thu Aug 04, 2011 12:34 pm

My buddy Robbie is a professional ] painter.

Things are hard all over and as you guessed it he is not painting very many portraits and scenery paintings as he normally does.

I suggested to him , why don't you paint customs . He could be down for this if there is interest.

All of these posted pieces of armor are highly customized.

I asked him can you do a custom paint jobs on a Sherman or tiger or what ever as consignments ?

He said that he could. For $100 he can take a standard 1/18 model and bring it to life. If the customer pays both way for shipping.

Is there interest ?

The T-34 is excellent, does he use graphite on the edges?
