An IXO MC-202 Repaint

As many members are aware, the IXO 1;72nd scale WWII fighter line was a mass produced affair, marred by many clumsy errors and short cuts designed to speed production and cut costs. One of the better models in this line is the MC-202, though it, too, suffers from problems like faint panel lines, badly fashioned add-on parts, wing root gaps, etc. as well as hideous pad printed black panel lines. In any event, I made the necessary corrections and this is the result. The first picture shows how the MC-202 looked as an IXO model, the others depict it it its current form.[/img][/img][/img]

Some of those IXO models are not too bad,and they make some diecast that nobody else does.

wow, nice job......brings that ixo to life. Looks so much better without those goofy drawn on panel lines.
