I saw this over at the Cool Toy Review custom forums.
He also did a Indiana Jones custom tank. Check it out.

That is a great model!! This guy does his stuff around 1/18ish, I think he made a IJ Flying Wing too.

yes he makes them to go with the IJ figures, so it would be around 1/18.
i never met an airplane i didn't like...
