Tamiya makes the best paint for airbrushes (for me) but they don't make the full range of RLM (Luftwaffe) colors. Testors makes a decent range of paints and almost any color you need, but I have a hard time spraying them. Polyscale also makes a full range of RLM colors and are also decent.

yea i used Tam in the airbrush now for armour, but I looking at their catalog I couldn't find the luftwaffe colors i was looking for..Modelmasters/Testors on the hand does make every color it seems, but I hate enamels and their Acrylic line paints suck compared to other brands in my opinion.

I figure I need

hellblau(Light blue)
dark and light green for the upper surface
misc for the cockpit and other bits

grey for the 500SC bombs and 50kg bombs
basic gunmetal/metallic grey for the guns
flat black/non-gloss for the tires

prob more as I start working on the kit

Tamiya makes the Lichtblau , Dark Green, Black Green and German Gray for most of the plane. The only color they don't make is the Light Green and that is easily mixed w/ 50% Green and 50% Yellow.

found 2 Life-Color sets that include pretty much the normal run of Luftwaffe colors(like the Panzer Aces sets). So I might go that route which should be cheaper than buying individual paints.
