forgot to mention that I custom painted the flat bed car to I made the wheels look rusty

Flyboy, that looks very good. The rust on the flat bed is just right, it doesn't look overdone. The tarp on the airplane, well looks like a tarp, You can't do much better than that. Is that paper and glue like you used on your Custom Camo Germans? That is one cool technique.
I think your dad will like his custom railroad car and airplane. Great job!

Yup just spray painted A piece of paper cut out a square and glued it on and try to make wrinkles it makes it look more real
