German Panz IV 1:18 Side Skirts Need Help

Hi,
I purchased on e-Bay the Side Skirts for the Ultimate Soldier 1:18 Scale Panzer IV that came out a couple or so years back, the one that was a Yellow color with the Green camo strips on it, and the Muzzle-Brake that was mounted up and down, not across. Anyways, I was wondering maybe if one of you guys could airbrush these (still in the white) and add the Green Camo strips to them, these still have the mounting Brackets still unattached also, so these would need to be glued onto the skirts as well. I could do that afterwards I suppose to match the Tanks Mounting's themselves. I would be glad to pay for this if anyone can help me out, please send me an e-mail or pm me.
