Ran across this stuff while browsing the model railroad stuff on Ebay. The prices on individual colors doesn't seem to bad, they have have a lot of colors that might be interesting to use on military models as well. Has anyone used this stuff?

nope...I've used MiG(expensive but good) in the past...looking at Rust-All(IIRC is the name) which is 3 washes and a dust/fine powdered dirt from somewhere out west. looks good from what I've seen demo'd on Nscale trains.
Also I'm liking the little Tamiya Weathering sets, I have A(Sand, Darker sand and mud), and D(burnt blue, burnt red and oil stain), and i need to order B(Snow, Soot, Rust) and E (Light yellow, Light grey, and light OD) which is used to highlight details on AFVs. For 7$ you get 3 colors per set, a brush(like a make-up applicator) and they come in a nice little case which can be used to store misc little bits when the paints are used up(and things to store little bitty things(like 1/35 weapons, figure accesories like helmet, hats and etc) can come in handy.
