I've been busy trying to finish a Leopard 2A6 tank, but decided to paint the tank commander first, so I could have a break in screwing and gluing.

The flecktarn camo pattern is done by individually painting the dots.

Here's the finished tank commander, sprayed with dull coat to remove the sheen.

Nice work Googly... I saw your post over at RCU. With regard to the goggles...why not attach a little thin elastic cord to the goggles and make them removeable...?? That would give you the option of using them or not using them, at your discretion. Just a thought, but great work in any case. 8)

Thanks guys, I really appreciate it. :D

Ostketten, I'd probably do as you suggested. I'm just deciding what material to use for the strap. I was thinking about using rubber bands, but those were too thick. :(

Here are the pics of the Leopard 2A6. I haven't weathered it yet, because I'm still deciding how much I should weather it.

Thank God that barrel is aluminum. I've bumped that thing at least 10 times now when I ran it.

Here's the Leopard with its distant relative, the Tiger.

Cool, I'll look forward to seeing what you come up with. 8) If I may suggest...take a look around in WM... the "crafts" and fabrics dept. to be specific.. they should have something that will work out very nicely for this purpose. Great work on the Leo, as usual it's up to the high standard we've come to expect from you, and the figure looks right at home riding in it. 8) I just wish HL would make one.
