Wow, nicely done Grognard! That is a great piece and you chose one striking paint scheme for it.

Krylon was a mistake. The paint takes for ever to dry,
Next time try the Krylon Ultra Flat, it comes in a variety of "military" type colors (ie. green, khaki, etc.) dries very quickly, even in my very humid climate, and produces and ultra flat and very durable finish. No, I'm not a salesman for Krylon...LOL... but I've had excellent results with the stuff, so try a can, and see what you think.

I never thought of frickin' resizing my 3-views on Photoshop! Holy Christ! Grognard I love you! Marder IIIM is go!
I'm only going to have to scan my 3-view after darkening a few lines, do some threshold on CS2, then size her up, and test print, measure, and then get some styrene and cut it up...
God I thought I was dead without money...

Nice choice for a project grognard. Rommel really appreciated his captured dorchester. I don't know if the other board members know that upon surrender in Africa the DAK was using about 85% Allied equipment ( mostly trucks).

Hey man,
This looks good and your Grief is fantastic. What are you using for rivets? This has always been a pain for me and has ground to a halt a few projects that I have started.

PH have you ever tried Grandt Line products? Lots of 1/35 modelers use them for small details like rivets. I took a look at their website and they have 2 types of rivets in 3 different sizes each. They also have a large number of different types of scale nuts and bolts. Take a look around their website and I think you might find a few useful things.
