Small Scale Military Headquarters

I purchased a coulpe of 21st German 2 packs to deconstuct and see if I could equip them with the extra gear that came with the Dragon kits. After I boiled and poped the 21st guys apart, I discovered their belts were removable. I also replace the heads with the higher detailed BBI heads. Here are the results.

I agree, I've only done two but here they are! One DAK, and one regular.
