Hey yall!!! Got a new custom figure Ive been working on!!!! Its GySgt Everette (Digger) McHuge in his Dress Blues!!!! The dress Blue are from a old G.I.Joe ( Gung-Ho),arms are from 21stC D-Day fig and hands are from a 21stC BotB fig!!! The belt is home made and I repainted the figure to match the true color of dress blues!!! The GySgt stripes, overseas stripes, and 2nd Marine Division patch where printed on photo paper that I got to match 1:18 scale!!! I have to do some touch ups here and there and add his service ribbons and then i should be done!!! i have TOSBORNE to thank on this one cause he gave Gung-Ho to me for free---so thank you brother!!!

Ill post more pics when Im done with this custom!!!---RED---[img]

Very nice Red! This guy reminds me of the deleted scene in "We Were Soldiers Once" where the newbie first lieutenant screems at all the men to put on their service ribbons. The grizzled old sergeant doesn't comply so the Lt. berates him in front of the platoon. He goes into the barracks and comes out bare-a@@ naked with only the MOH around his neck!
If you haven't seen this, rent the DVD and check it out!

Great work on that custom! McHugh was always my favorite of the 21c USMC figures (I love the Japanese flag accessory and cigarette hand), so its cool to see him not in battle fatigues.
Still, the expression on McHugh makes it seem like "Gung Ho" let one rip during a drill formation

Yes Red,
A job well done - nice custom figure
Now he needs go go out and kill some zipper-heads
I'd love to see him in action in an action scene, either in the jungle or in a bar
