Ultimate Soldier German Pz 38(t) repaint

Here is the Pz 38t with a good deal of weathering. It is now on Ebay if you would like to own it. My first repaint, I wish I could keep it..ah well.

Very nice :D I'm tempted to get another Panzer 38 (now that there are plenty of them in my area) and repaint it in Cezch markings - as the tank would have appeared right before the German takeover :wink:

on the subject of repainting 38 t's. did the germans do camo or ambush patterns on any because ive been think bout repainting a couple of them with camo patterns to add variety to my 38 t battalion :)

i was at Hobbytown today and actually got to flip through the Squadron Book "38t in Action"
Let's put it this way, The only 2 types of camo the Germans used on these were non paint form. Well one of them was paint and iffy at that......whitewash.

The other typr of camo? Stick a bush on it.

Seriously though, There was some cool plates of one with 2 logs on its back with foliage to break up the profile.

There were a bunch of other camo styles in the book, but if you want to explore those you had better like Hungarian or other German allied countries because they did do some serious painting of camo patterns on these
