lol... :) At first when I read your post MG I thought you were picking on the dio. I thought.. What's up with that dude, musta had a bad day at the office..

It's clear now that you were just trying to point out the technical glitches I asked you guys to find.

And thanks to Mr. T from the XD team sticking up for the bridge..! :)

Yes, those leaves are big but they kept falling onto the dio likely due to the lack of rain around here. :?

As for the Zero, the original idea was to smoke the place up a bit. The fireworks stores around here apparently close after the fourth. I finally did find one, grabbed a bunch of smoke fireworks. Then planted them all around the battlefield, went to light them and found out they were red, green and purple!
 Great for signal grenades, bad for post-combat post-crash smoke-ness..

What shouldn't be in this picture?
Hint: That ain't no tree
>> Medidump you were sooo close.. It's not a broom handle, but a hammock..

What's wrong with this picture?
Hint: Falling down
>> I'm surprised you guys didn't find this one but one of the troops had apparently gone toes up somewhere along the way.. He held his posture though so guess that's to his credit as a solder.. lol :)

MG-42,
Sorry, man.
No trouble starting, just didn't read the WHOLE thread.

Outstanding dio there Grunt, obviously a lot of time and effort went in to that, and I like your use of what appear to be aquarium plants, they work very well for a tropical themed dio in my opinion. For anyone who might be interested in some detailed historical background on the basis for Grunts dio, check out this article from the US Army Command and General Staff College research library, "Defending the Driniumor: Covering Force Operations in New Guinea, 1944"
http://www-cgsc.army.mil/carl/resources ... a/Drea.asp
It's kind of long, but the information therein is some of the best available on the subject. Again, outstanding work on the dio Grunt. 8)
