Hey brother!!! Its a nail with a round head!!!I drilled the holes 1st, then drove in the nails, and then cut off the end of the nail on the inside of the tank!!! Sometimes Ill drop a drop or 2 of glue in the holes to help hold the nails that dont want to stay put!!!---RED---

Hey yall!!! Well---Im done and I ready to start settin' up some dios!!!;)I painted this tank with the 9th Tank Regiment markings(rectangle inside of a rectangle) that was used by the 1st Yokosuka of the Special Naval Landing Force or SNLF!!! The Jap writing on the STARBOARD side of the turret is COMMAND and the PORT side is an CHRYSANTHEMUM FLOATING DOWN A RIVER---Alot of tanks on Saipan had this painted on them!!! The back pannel reads FIRE and the white band under the hatch denotes the Company Tank Commander/lead tank!!! The barrel has the ordnance markings from OSAKA JAPAN!!! The STARBOARD side of the tank reads KILL BARBARIANS/SAVAGES and the PORT side reads FIGHT TO THE END!!! The pannel on the back of the tank reads MOUNTAIN and the very back is for all yall here at the FIGHTING 118th!!! The back plate is 118 and the words read OBSCENE FRIENDS!!!:D
You cant really tell it in the pics but I sprayed the tank with DULLCOTE 2 times!!! I hand painted everything but the base coat(dark yellow) and it was a real bitch at times---But , I think it turned out better than I ever dreamed it would!!! I hope yall like it and LMK what yall think!!! Thanks ---RED---

The best tank custom I have seen yet. I wish I had one for my japanese. By far the coolest tank I have seen and always hoped 21st would produce. Amazing work.

Red the final project was worth the wait. Top notch work. I will show the pictrures to my Dad. He is interested in the Japanese light tanks and I believe has converted a few of the 1/354th scale versions.
