Has anyone found a good substitute for Testors Dullcote spray finish? It's super expensive up here and sometimes hard to find. I see Krylon has a clear flat finish, i'm wondering if it's any good.
Comments/suggestions?

Testor is the best despite the cost and I think better than Krylon. The Krylon seems to have some shine to it but its not glossy. Short of using flat colours, I don't know what else is out there

TesTors Dullcote Lacquer ?
You could try using their "brush-on" method. Comes in a 1-3/4 oz. bottle. Depending on the application ,.... apply generous coats with minimum brushing required.
