My WWII diorama...updated!

Post by 75th Ranger » Wed Jul 19, 2006 10:19 pm

My dear friends, I may be lately really busy with the 1/6 scale but, I still have time for the 1/18. Especially when it comes to my "never ending" WWII diorama. I'm here including a link so that you can see the new photos which I uploaded of the new custom/modified building and figures that I added to my diorma, which some of you may have seen before, but now has new items!

I like what you have done with the place!
The house is a dollhouse from WM, right?
Did you paint it to look burned?
Or burn it "ala Boomboomjr"?

Either way it looks very cool and fits in with your figures and other buildings.

Razor,

you are right it is a WM doll house that my girls did not wanted anymore so I got it.

Also I painted it!....with different colors, texture tan for the house, black for the roof and for the weathering look....

Everything else in the house, trees, mulch, and parts are extra accessories....

on a cool note,
the lights of the house and the door bell lights still work so if i press th button, the will light on!....hahahahha

Hey , thats great. I like the way the house looks burned /blasted, very battle hardened. I like the trees too, are they hard to come by? did you find them at WM?

mediump,

the trees are not from walmart, they are actually a set of trees sold at a xmas shop...i think for realistic xmas dioramas these are without the snow....big scale. they come in a white box and are sold in a set.
