Post by steelbonnet » Thu Jun 01, 2006 2:32 am

Hi All,

Well first off a BIG Thank`s to fellow Brit.. ScopeUK, for the use of the jacket & trousers. He made the jacket & trousers & I painted them in US Woodland camo.

The HALO rig & Altemeter I made & the helmets a protech with Intoyz goggles on & armed with e BBI XM8-AG36 combo.

The figure is a Microman with a BBI head.

Anyway here you go HALO jumper in 1/18th In Cloth Uniform & Cloth HALO Rig.

that's some cool custom

i don't know much about halo jumps but i'd have thought the jumper would need some kind of breathing aparatus

Neat! Now all you need is a 1/18th Galaxy to drop him, and the rest of the squad you'll soon be making :D

Thank`s very much guys :D

Julien,
Thank`s mate :D As for Breathing gear,Not all HALO jumps need it mate, though I have 2 other HALO jumpers almost done. One of those (still trying to find another Jet fighter pilot helmet for the other) does have breathing gear.
I`ve actually made 2 oxy bottles in 2 styles. One is the Single bottle & the other is the twin bottle.

Here`s some photos to show them :D

BOTH tanks & pouches for them.

Double Tank & pouch.

As you can see they both have a hose attached to the tanks. This is ONLY part of the hose. The other half of the hose is on the Pilot mask. Then both hoses connect using the male/female" connect system.
I`m rather happy I was able to sort that into a working version on both.

Again Thank`s for the kind words on the HALO jumpers.

As for Aircraft, well IF i can find the Chap Mei V-22 I`d be HAPPY :D

Bad Ass!

Post by MiG29K » Thu Jun 01, 2006 7:18 pm

Jason,

You and the Scope-meister did a kick-ass job on this collaboration. Well you said it was 'woodland' camo but either I have bad monitor...or a strange way of seeing things but it looks almost like ACP Digital Pattern from my viewpoint and it looks bad ass! The Detail on the HALO Rig is mind-boggling! Well, he will be getting support from the New Special Ops guys being transferred to your Unit from Western Washington!!! Expect the team to arrive with the next 7 days as they will be reporting for duty directly! The team will be a SEAL, PaveHawk Driver, Sniper, and Airborne Ranger.

Talk to you later!!!

Hi Rob,

Thank`s mate & your moniter actually makes it look like the ACU? WOW. No certainly is Woodland mate, though thank`s mate,i must admit I need try my hand at the ACU :D

Yes this collaboration has truely paid dividens IMHO. Scope`s uniforms at this scale are just Mind boggling. Camo is easy to paint, though to stitch clothing like that, the acc`s like the HALO rig & the Altimeter though I can do....LOL Not detailed clothing like Scope.he`s the master in this custom IMHO. Wouldn`t have looked so real if it was not for Scope`s kind permission to use it & moreso for sending them to me to be painted in the first place :D

As for the Inbound transferre of SpecOps guys :D WOW Excellent Looking forward to them.
Pilot of the UH-60 here,is already putting a request in for a updated Bird from the 160th now.....LOL
(so there`s more red tape & work to be done there).
My 16 SEAL divers are ready to welcome another to the fold, though the safety officer is now annoyed saying that offsets the balance & wants another replacement swimmer to pair with him.....LOL (Just cannot keep these guys happy you know...lol).
Snipers are preparing a test course to see HOW GOOD this new shooter is.
The Ranger`s say "Hoooo Raaaaaa" to hearing there`s another coming :D

Will show them off being met when they arrive :D Again Thank`s very much Rob :D

Blaster...thats a "Roger that" they are the new ones!

And Jason... When the Operators arrive, they will have their "Orders" enclosed with them stating their transfer from US Navy Region Northwest to your United Kingdom's SBS. Review and retain these in their dossier. By the way, those 16 Seal are in Neoprene Kit right?
