Hi Everyone,
Just a quick shot of my F-104 that I put the sidewinders on the wingtips. Just wanted to make it look a bit different. It took about an hour and was a little dremel tool and some super glue.

Yeah, that looks great! You almost got me thinking the rest of the planes were 1:18 until I was startled by the black P-47, then I had to sit back andrealize they were 1:32.....

Cool modification! I've thought about doing something similar and mount the missile rack under the wing, but don't have the heart to cut up my F-104.

Yes I used my extra 104 to try this just in case. It was easy and I didn't touch the jet itself. I pulled apart the missile rails and only dremeled the side of the rail to make it flat. I glued it on and I didn't need to paint. 21st could easily make this mod. Maybe not be 100% accurate for the rivet counters but I still like it. I think the smoke 104 would look good like this.
