Here is a static model that I've found interesting as "partner" for some R/C tanks like the T-55, the futur HL Type 99 or also to give a Russian touch to your diorama. The scale is 1/18º it's a part of the World Peacekeeper line. I have repainted this one and added some details for a "real life look".
The model is 145 mm large / 380 mm long and a height of 165 mm
On the turret you have a 25 mm gun and a 7.62 MG but unfortunatlly the rear hatcch can't be open.
Here is the turret with the gun and the MG :
I am studying the possibility to transform it as a R/C version.

I've also customized mine, but made it able to float. Unfortunately, we've had a very dry summer, so not anough water in the river to try it. Here is it, one time with PTE and the other with 21st Century figures (all fit with Marauder Inc. AK-74):

I believe that that APC can also be used to cross rivers and lakes.

Hello Tenerifcrimson,
No swiss army custom. The only common materiel we share with toy producers are the 6x6 Piranha LAV, the F/A-18C (BBI), and the SIG-551/552 Assault gun (Marauderinc), is it in use in some special NAVY units? I just hope to make some pics of my Hornet on an Airbase for the background (but it is not allowed to make pics from airforce shelters...). At least, we received many visits from USAF F-16 based in Germany.
Heer,
To make this chinese Type 92 able to swim, I had to open it and pour 1 lb concret in its basement (or it turns upside down, droping the crew in the water), then make all joints watertight. Not a difficult job. Hope to show you one time how it floats.

Yeah, but as a schoolboy I have allready painted a Dinky Toys ME-109 kit from the late sixties, at the time when "The Battle of Britain" movie came out. All metal model, with a small e-engine to move the prop, retractable landing gear, a nice piece at that time. I still have it, it survived my plays with the Stuka, Spitfire, Hurricane and others from the same brand.
But now I'm only focused on modern sceneries. Thank you for your interest!
