I thought maybe he was just trying to etch some lines to make squares and got carried away. But who knows. Regardless they do look like tiles. Someone said that it was an actual pattern like that. There may have been a square pattern like that, but not with the cuts that deep. I would have to see a photo that looked like the model for sale before I believe it. I looked at the photos that were posted of different patterns but they were only drawings and not of an actual vehicle.
