TKO
Just curious, whats going on with 21Cs website? Nothing new has been posted in the last month. All that time and money to make a new website and it's not being used,no contests for along time nor anything else. It's like everyone at 21C is on vacation. Sarge

Things have been really busy at 21st. It's good for production but bad for getting intel. Also yes, I have been on vacation as it seemed a good time to do it!

But, the wait is over. I am told that we will be seeing news in every scale. I was given a few details yesterday and I was excited by what I heard. I can't let all the cats out of the bag here.

Meanwhile I will try to answer some of the most recent questions.

-1:18 accessories for troops. -Cool idea and there has been some discussion of doing something like that in the future. For now it is still just a concept.

-Platton line. -You will see more news on this front. Including finished production samples. The long, long wait for these hitting shelves will be over very soon! There are 4 Platoon Figures in the Platoon line.

-88. -I think I know what the S1 scheme will be. I won't say for sure because I am not positive and I don't want to ruffle feathers. You will see news on this for certain.

-King Tiger. -You will also get news on the King Tiger. Both it and the 88 are going to be out at the end of 2007.

-Quad 50. -That one snuck out under the wire... it was unexpected even for 21st. We just didn't think it would be out that fast.

-Phantom is behind schedule and it is not going to release in 2007. It's still being worked on even as we speak.

That is all for now.Once we get into this flood of news, I think more of your questions and more specifics will be answered.

By any chance did the discussions regarding 1/18 accessories include head packs? Huh? Huh? Huh? :D

TKO do you know if the Legends product will be limited too the Boyington corsair, or will it include others like Kepfords corsair, or posibly even Blackburn's "Big Hog" corsair? 21st has been using "Big Hog" on their packaging for some time now, and they released it in 1/32 scale.

I have heard that Legends Series would expand into other aircraft releases in schemes not yet released. We gotta get one of them out first! The ground pieces look awesome! I hope we get an update on this topic as well.

I was curious about the two hard to find 1/18 XD figures, the Plt Leader "Tracker" and the German ART. Observer. Are they supposed to be limited release or something? After three and four restocks at Walmart, I have yet to see one. I have made a loop around the Kansas City area, and gone as far south as Springfield Mo. and has far north as St. Joseph Mo. East to Columbia Mo and west to Lawrence Ks. with no luck. I finally broke down and bought one of each of Ebay. Why are they so hard to find?

Hello TKO, do you know whats going on with walmart and 21st? Many in my AO are out of xd figures and xd aircraft, you might find a few 32x planes and some 1:144 stuff but thats it. I was in one walmart Sat. and the ONLY 21st product were ten 1:144 planes.
You've said the King Tiger and 88 are due by the end of '07..........with 85 days left is there any intel you could pass on? I've been looking at the pics of the Tiger (pre paint) you posted back on 4/13/07 and all I can say is bring 'em on!
Thanks and Take Care, Normandy
