21st Century Toys 1:18 Information Q&A (Area-21 Pres)
I know 2 aircraft for 2007. I know a couple other items without wings! Also, keep in mind that I have not been fully informed of all the new 07 planning. So I am sure there is more that I am not aware of yet.
Flight 19... we should start seeing anyday now.
The Huff... I am sure they are behind the flight 19 birds but they can't be too far behind! I held a production sample at 21c HQ a couple months ago. The paint scheme is BEAUTIFUL in person! You guys should be very impressed.

Are there any thoughts/plans for some more modern armor? I know BBI grabbed a big chunk of it with their M1 and LAV, but the 21st Bradley and M113 are no slouches either. Unfortunately, the best challengers my desert scheme modern armor would be to pick up a couple beat-up Euro econobox and Toyota pick-up models and weather them "dust". How about a T-72 or similar rebadged Russian tank/armor? I still keep hoping someone makes a Hind-24, too, but that's just wishful thinking. Just something for my A-10 to shoot at if SOMEONE finally makes us one!

A repaint of the Panther is a must! This is the only one of 21c's early tanks that has not seen a recent repaint or diecast re-incarnation and it is such a great looking tank! They also need to re-release the Jeep and Kubelwagen like was done this year with the M151 Mutts. A repaint for the AH-1W Supercobra would also be great - that helicopter has the fewest repaints of any XD plane and went to Wal Marts in such sketchy numbers. It is also one of the best 1:18 helicopters, IMHO.

I'm with you Tman. While I haven't laid hands on any of BBI's helos, the 21C Cobra is pretty well executed. Maybe a scheme from one of the squadrons operating in Iraq, and one operating in Afghanistan.
If at first you don't succeed, try, try again. Then quit. No use being a damn fool about it.

Very glad I got one a couple years ago off e-bay when they sold for a little cheaper! It was in displayed, but mint condition and I got it for a steal. Too bad it won't likely be released again as that was a very cool little vehicle. Perhaps AT or BBI can now make a decently priced Kubel to fill in the voidtko211 wrote:The kubel is soooo missed! sad but true. Lets hope for the Panther though

Last figure of the 18?
Razor17019 wrote:TKO,
Nice to have you back with us here!
The new figures that you showed us a few months back.
When should we start seeing them in WM shelves?
Did we get to see the final figures on the website??
I would like to beat the christmas rush!
Please forgive me if this has already been covered, but by my last count aren't we still waiting to see the pics on the last (18th) figure of the new wave coming out this year? I think you mentioned TKO that it would be another German? With the year just about over, isn't about time to indulge us in this last treat?
