http://www.leschevaliers-lefilm.com/site/main.html

I was wondering how i could help BBI negociate the derivatives rights for this movie in europe ... and produce a mirage 2000 !!! or a RAFALE in 1:18 or 32X

Do not hesitate to contact me if you need a contact in Paris

Mike

In regards to the foam A-10 you guys hung up at toyfair....why did you guys put it there? People are speculating, but some of us think it may have been put up there just as a joke.

And with combat command, surely the design team has learned lessons from the first wave. WIll anything learned from the first wave be carried over into the 2nd wave?(as in sleeker proportions in planes, less ink wash on figures, et al).

Will the next combat command plane be a attacker or fighter?
Shin's wishlist for 1/18 and 1/32 with retractable landing gear and more:

F-14 Tomcat, F-8 Crusader, A-4 Skyhawk, F-105 Thunderchief, A-6 Intruder, F-15C, F-15E Strike Eagle

Supersonic, please let us know when the DVD for that movie is released. I doubt the movie will be released here in the USA. But we at least can see it when the DVD comes out, hopefully.

to doctodd : the movie is playing now at movie theatre so i guess the DVD will be available next year just before chrsitmas (in France the law require a lot of time between the cinema and the DVD release) that's why we usually are 6 monthes late for movie releases (compare to the US).

That was exactly the aim of my message : we 've got a full year to prepare a joint maketing action (DVD + 1:18 mirage 2000) a good way to develop a European market because i think this movie is a great BLOCKBUSTER all accros continental Europe.

+ mirage 2000 equip a lot of countries like the EMIRATES so you could do business ther TOO !

Hope it will raise some interest by BBI manufacturer & Marketing dpt ?

Hi Guys

Has any played Call Of Duty 2? and if so would it be nice if BBI would make some figures based on CoD2.
For my self I would like BBI to make more 1/18 WWII US Rangers or infantry. 2 Rangers is not enough for me, need more. We have 6 paras with shoots and 3 ground ready that are in the new set, 4 more Rangers would sound about right. Can I have a show of hands!!

For Mike

Please let BBI know we need more 1/18 WWII Rangers.
and please PLEASE BBI make some 1/18 WWII British Infantry figures that are fighting in France.

Thanks

This was discussed - if you want figures from the 1st ID there a bunch. Not only are the Officer, Rifleman and BAR gunner from 21st all Big Red One, but also the M3A3 Infantryman with removable helmet, and the guy who comes with the truck I believe. Plenty of them around.

I think we all would like more Rangers or Infantry, personally I would love some variety in the latter - we only got one from bbi and he is the closest thing to a 'regular' we got. You could pluck his BAR ammo pouches off but it leaves small holes in his belt. A few variations on that guy would allow you to build the entire 29th. Oh, and it's 2 battle ready paras, 7 jump ready from bbi

Brits are a must. Just note the rush for the 1/6 British weapon sets. One company has to make them in 1:18, the question is who has the onions....

Has anyone checked out BBI's website lately? I just looked at it and they've given it a total face lift. Everything has been archived including each individual figure!!! The only thing missing in the archives is the Zero and new WWII figures.

Good job BBI. Glad to see the new format and hot news updates..... :D

I believe Aferg said something how he's been swamped with various things and hasn't got a lot of time to reply at the moment.

Any chance BBi will make some 1:18 biplanes to cash in on the King Kong craze? MezCo toys just announced an 18" King Kong figure which would put it in 1:18 scale so I think the iron is quite hot and needs striking.

If any biplanes need to be done, they need to be WWI. By the time a King Kong biplane comes out in 1:18, the movie will already be a discounted DVD!!

king kong fought the planes of early 30's not WW1
plus WW1 planes are very fragile, and in model industry they don't sell as well as newer aircraft

190 Anton

I really wish BBI could make a FW 190A model. Not the Dora but the true Focke Wulf. The ANTON.
