i would like to point out that i said Kate a while ago.
(of course there's no need to also point out that i changed my mind later....the point is i said it long ago..heh.)
I dismissed the possibility of a multi engine plane as the wing enters what would be the nacelle too low. On all planes with engines mounted in the wing the wing enters the nacelle about the mid point, not at the bottom.
I agree that a Kate seems most likely. And if so, very sharp eyes TKO! I wasn't even sure if it was a radial engined plane.
And if it is a Kate.....woohooo.......awesome choice. Will be a beauty in 1/18.

Alright smart guys, you think you have all the answers and one among you does. (However, I am not going to say when the answer was posted. It may not have made its way over to this side of the site.)
But let me break my own rules and give you another picture. Does this mix things up a little?
Regards,
Jason

But that looks like a Corsair wing fold, I remeber a hint in that direction too, now your just messing with us!
But Corsairs do not have large wing root fairings, now my brain is hirting again.
