How do you quote another post?

you just press the quote button at the top right of your post, and then you just type whatever you need under it

Now all I have to do is to learn how to cut it down to the line I want. Can you tell that I don't much about these machines?

You can use any line you want from a quote by deleting the "excess" wording and saving the part you want, so long as the text is within the quote symbols
