Nothing comes close I like to think. 
There are some Joe websites which are good for 1:18 recon, and there are some 1/6 sites which are good for military reference. Nothing combines the two like we do here. Some other guys may have suggestions. I think there was also a site like this that started when this one evolved out of GP's old board, but I forget the name.
