Small Scale Military Headquarters

My animated smilies aren't animating any more. No eye rolls, laughing, etc. What has happened? What do I need to do to fix it?

Just here on this forum or other places as well? I tend to ignore those for the most part but I will put one below and let me know if mine don't work for you either -- help narrow the search as it were.



I think that is all the animated ones. Do any of these work in my post for you? How about posting them back so I can check on my end.

They are moving for me.

Your smilies move for me, so the problem is definitely on your end. Have you noticed it on other sites you might post on?

Thanks for the help. So it must be something in my computer. I don't post anywhere else. At least I know they go through if I use them.
