When will registrations for new members be open again?

The title pretty much says it all. Someone asked on another forum how to register here. I checked

Whoops, my bad! I turned it off because of spam related things, and forgot to reactivate it. Should be good now. Let me know the username of the person so I can manually approve of the registration.

Geez, open up the registration and still got about 6 spam new members. I don't know how they are getting past the captcha...

Spammers were getting past ever captcha there is... so I did a Q&A captcha where the user must answer the question when registering.
