I'm set up to receive an e-mail if I get a PM in my inbox. Lately, those e-mails are arriving sometimes days after I have already read the PM. Just had three notifications come through simultaneously for days old PMs. Is this my computer? my ISP? Are they stuck in a security filter before being released? Didn't used to be that way. Not making any sense since the PMs arrive instantly and I don't seem to have any delays for other e-mails. Anyone else experience this

Denis's I haven't noticed an issue with my email notifications. Occasionally I will get a notification but no PM. That only happens when the sender deletes it before I open it. It souds like it may be getting stuck in your security someplace. Is there a way to set this site as a trusted one?

I have my PM emails going to an email account I used regularly - 10 years ago and more

I have no idea where the email notifications are going and I've not been on that old system for years and likely cannot access it. Wonder how much Spam is on there?

The PMs still come through however.

Same issues here Axis Nightmare, stuff shows up days later. I also notice that when I send a PM it takes a while to leave my "sent folder" ?

There have even been some that if I just happen to read them very soon after they are sent, I don't get a notification at all. Not even days later. Other notifications come as many as five days after I already read the PM. Sounds like it's not my computer at least. Must be some kind of filter. No big deal, just curious

It's possible if you read them before the system has a chance to send out the email, it may not send it. Or, as stated, it could be getting caught in the spam folders. We've been having some hosting issues too the last few weeks, so email from the boards might be a little weird. Should be okay now.

If a message stays in the OUTBOX folder, the person HAS NOT read it yet. When it is moved to the SENT MESSAGES folder, the person HAS read the message.

I am having the same issue, not recievivng email PM notification.

noticed the same thing lately. Sends don't send right away or not at all. Some double send. Some double receive. Email notifications come in, I answer, a couple of days later I get another email that their is a message, but no new messages.

I don't use it often. but the behavior is different from what I remember a few months ago.
