"No posts exist" messages

It's a tad frustrating but happens somewhat often, at least to me... The last page of a thread will show a "no posts exist" error message. Clearly there's a page, but for some reason the posts won't show sometimes.

Currently this is happening to me in the Wal-Mart finds thread, and even includes a post I made in reply to something on a previous page. This isn't the only thread this has ever happened to me in though.

It happens quite regularly - just get used to it- sometimes its just easier to click on the second to the last page on a common thread from the git go-

Well, rather than "just getting used to it", I'm hoping someone can fix the forum software if they know enough about it. I'd say since it's happening to you guys as well, it's a forum glitch that might be fixable by the admin...

It seems to me that when the last post that will fit on a page gets made, the forum creates the next page but there are no posts to put on it yet - thus the "no posts exist" message.

Ordinarily the next page shouldn't be created until a new post is made, but something is going on here obviously.

It's not a big deal, but a little extra work involved to click on another page after getting that "no posts exits" statement.

Happening to me too. Same symptoms Slade posted.
