I don't read Cyrillic well but I presume this would be Kubinka, located near Moscow. This was one of the finest tank museums in the world at one time, but I believe much of it has fallen in to disrepair due to lack of funds following the collapse of the Soviet Union. Definitely on the must see when in Moscow list. There is a nice air museum in Moscow too. Their tank museum is what Aberdeen should look like. Most of the vehicles are in excellent shape.
