WWII Movie.... "The Fallen"

Post by ostketten » Sat Aug 11, 2007 11:21 pm

Just finished viewing this 2004 flick "The Fallen", and I really enjoyed it.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0382721/

The Fallen is set in Italy in the closing stages of the war and switches between German, Italian, and American perspectives throughout the movie. The movie has many odd and interesting twists to it, and at times has a somewhat bizarre and surreal quality to it, but there is also enough combat action to keep it interesting. The good news is you can probably get this at your local Blockbuster. Well recommended for WWII movie buffs, and worth the price of admission IMO.

Check the official movie site here....

Click on the trailer button, you will need Quicktime installed on your computer to view it however. If you don't have quicktime there is a link with the trailer for you to download it. There's also a nice photo gallery at the site. Good luck, and enjoy.

Unfortunately no. The demands of career and family leave me very little free time at the moment. Lord willing and the creek don't rise, in roughly 3 years (or less) when I retire, my available free time to pursue hobby interests is going to increase dramatically. 8)
