I didn't read the article, but I'm guessing it's for tripwires right?

All we had when I was in was a thin little stick. Silly string would have been nice.

Yeah, I heard about this on Castle Argh, acoupla months ago. The story there was about a lady who'd heard about this and started a community project to send cases of Silly String over.

Yes it is for tripwires and the article mentions a mother whose son is in Iraq who sends the stuff over
