I'm looking into nice wwii military wrist watches. I'm also open to vietnam and wwi era as well.

Does any one here know a lot about these and have some beginner information? Or know a great resource to learn about these?

thanks,

A quick scan of the web revealed the usual suspects....ebay and several others had quite a few for sale, and they ranged from relatively cheap (under $50) to hundreds of dollars in price. Some of these sites had background information on types, manufacturers, etc. which you might want to check out to learn more. Many of the cheaper ones were not in working order, but it may be possible to restore some of those to working condition if you are willing to invest the money in repairs. Another option you might want to consider is a modern replica, some are quite reasonably priced and should last a lifetime under normal conditions. Best of luck with your search.
