IMAX to the max: Fighter Pilot - Operation Red Flag

Post by MiG29K » Sun Mar 26, 2006 5:33 am

Last June, I happened to be nearby the Pacific Science Center by the 'Needle in Seattle when I saw the large banners for Fighter Pilot - Operation Red Flag and decided to see it. It goes without saying but it was wayyyy worth the price of admission. Exemplary. Good stuff! It chronicles the Air Force's massive RED FLAG exercise just some miles off Sin City. Alas 5 months-ish later, its out on DVD (yep-bought it) If you didnt see it in theatres I'm sure you'll get the effect on a widescreen  There is a 4 second piece towards the beginning of the film which became the BIG driving force for me to do several upgrades on the bbi F/A-18 sitting on my 1040 EZ booklet. HA!!! It's crazy what 4 seconds could be worth. If you see it in the documentary section where DVDs are sold, grab one. You won't regret it.
