So whatever happened to "black projects"? You know, the type where we aren't just unveiling this stuff to the general public and left many thinking they were UFOs and such for a decade or so before revealing what they are? I think the B-2 program was started in the late 70s/early 80s and wasn't made public until the late 80s.
