Small Scale Military Headquarters

Been building and painting flames of war. How do I get rid of the shiny look on them and make them look more flat?

I also play Flames of War I use 1/72 instead of the standard scale. I use Testors Glosscote before decaling, decal the vehicles wait for a day and then use Testors Dullcote. Never had a problem.
