This is not a conventional war with a uniformed enemy. These fanatical killers need to be eliminated, not recycled and certainly not rewarded. Resistance fighters and insurgents in war when captured were regularly executed after interrogation. Americans tend to be more humane and look where it gets us. If you're old enough to lob grenades and kill, you're old enough to suffer the consequences.
