That should never ever happen! Sadly people in the military have been purchasing their own equipment for years...

Nothing new but still pathetic. Usually these tier 1 & 2 guys get the best toys but everyone is feeling the pinch these days.

This is very sad news. As much as the government spends, they can't provide NECESSARY equipment to their troops?
