This is update on upcoming World War II movie and tv projects.

THE DAM BUSTERS--Peter Jackson said in a December, 2012 interview about his remake of the 1955 movie, "DAM BUSTERS is on hold while I finish THE HOBBIT. THE HOBBIT wasn't something I intended to get involved in [as much] as I did, so there was an option at one stage I'd be shooting THE DAM BUSTERS while Guillermo [del Toro] was shooting THE HOBBIT, but as things ended up going, THE DAM BUSTERS has just had to sit on the sidelines...But it's there. The Lancasters are built. We've got ten built for us sitting in storage. And it's ready to go as soon as we possibly can." Les Munro, the last surviving member of the Dam Busters raid, has signed on as a technical adviser.

Battle of Britain? Gonna be hard to top the original, plus not many of the Casa/ He-111's left if any flying.
Probably be some CGI German Bombers I suspect.

Plenty of Spits and a few Hurricanes left though. Wondering about the Me-109E's though, if there's been some recent restorations to flying or if there's enough Hispano Suiza powered ones out there flying still?

Flying Tigers should be interesting. Almost would rather have a series to get all or most of the details, but it needs a big budget to get some real planes and flying action in there.
Know there's some remade Ki-43 Oscars out there, seen them in a Japanese Kamikaze movie, but bombers? Plenty of later model P-40's but only one or a couple of P-40 B/C's existing or flying. That may have changed though.
