Future Military ATV? Hope So!

I've been looking online trying to get some solid ideas on how to do my SF atv custom and stumbled upon this.
This is quoted from the website:

I know this is harsh but nevermind the firefighters, lets put a little armor on it, paint it matt black and put it behind enemy lines
I would really like how aggressive this is, would look good with a few scouting for a convoy of MRAP's. Were are those 1:18 by the way? These compies are slacking on us...
