Wow..cheap. I haven't seen any of it, but I'm assuming it wasn't nearly the masterpiece that the BOB series was. I paid $80 for my BOB box a few years after the release...hell..I'd pay $80 for it today. I'll buy The Pacific regardless of reviews.

Definitely not as good as BoB,but that would be very tough to match.
Just finished watching it myself,and I liked it.Warts and all.
$50 for a 10 hour excellent series is not a bad deal.
But I watched it for free by downloading it.
Fathers Day?Good marketing ploy.

yea it got bumped to Nov...from the leaked June release which everyone thought was too soon.
