I think they are a bit out of their league on this one. They're not suing a Mississippi school district over Lesbian Prom rights.... it's the US Govt. and Military, and we are at war. I figure this is mostly symbolic, and it is highly doubtful they will get very far with it.

Why isn't aclu demanding al-qaeda prove it's legal basis for targeting us??????
