I'm interested in knowing more about this paticular Zero, like what Aircraft Carriers it served on, and if it reflects a paticular WWII Japanese pilot's aircraft.

Which Green Zero?
There are two and IIRC , they are both land-based A/C.

First green Zero is of the 261st Kokutai representing Tora -110 (tora = tiger) which was the CO's plane operating out of the Mariana's (Saipan) around 1944. It's pretty much incorrect, 21st's 32xw version is much more correct as well as Dragon's version and Witty's. Bbi left off the white stripes on the wings and aft of the greenhouse should be a different shade of green.
The second version is based on a transitional trainer attached to the Kounoike Kokutai in 1944 and is pretty much spot on correct. This unit later converted to a Kamikaze unit.
Harry is correct, these were both land based.

so the second one would make a pretty good kamikaze then....which is just what i have in mind for it.
