Saw a B-17 FLYING the other day!

I was driving home from work and saw this massive wing span in the distance and heard that lonesome drone of all those engines....it was wonderful!!!...this was over the Santa Cruz Mountains where the fires are now burning..

Last weekend the Liberty Bell was in town giving rides- 430.00 per for half and hour. I only saw it once. We just stepped out of church and heard it- it flew toward us and banked south, on the way back to PDK airport. It certainly did'nt seem to be flying very high. It was entertaining
for people used to seeeing C130s all day (Lockeed-Dobbins) area to see something different
