San Fran Fleet Week pics, and others...

Post by Ruger » Thu Dec 06, 2007 8:36 am

Let me begin by stating that these are not my pictures, just some that I stumbled across and thought I'd share. The first group are from this years Fleet Week in San Fransisco. I really wish I could have gone and watched that "Sneak Pass". Under the bridge, and then down to 20' off the water at transonic speeds? Man...

Some of the guys others are from Nellis, which are always interesting, but not as nice as Britt's from the other thread.

And finally a few from a group of WWII bombers taking off from Moffett.

Some of the pages took longer than normal to load, but I thought they were worth it. I suppose I should also mention "Hi" as I'm a new member who hasn't gotten around to a proper introductory post yet, but I wanted to get this out there before I left for work.

I thought some of the pictures, especially the takeoff ones, might be a valuable reference to some folks. Though in retrospect, the ones of Fleet Week probably belong more in the off topic area. Might be I should fix that...
