Possible suspect for FOV's S1 Panther tank
I believe the actual tank was from the Panzer Brigade 112th (incorrectly identified as the 21st pz div.) and had zimmerit. The brigade was disbanded and integrated into the 21st panzer division in late Sept. 1944.

That Panther also looks like the last one 21st did in 1/18 scale.

Does anyone know if there is another place where I can find info like this. Im trying to update a list and where my tanks hailed from and its hard to find much info. I love this thread but alot of the pics have been deleted.

Yeah, when webshots decided to cash in on their success and abandon long-time users, all of my pictures on this thread, which I hosted there, disappeared when I refused to pay to have them continue to host.

I am sure I have some of the pics still, but the effort and time involved to re-upload to a new host, and then link here is just not something I necessarily have time for. If it helps, I did find almost all of them on the internet so if anyone felt the urge to re-find them it would be possible just searching google.
