New Museum - Fighter Factory
Just discovered this in my own back yard. Two traffic lights, fifteen minutes of rural driving and I am there! I went with my camera when my buddy "Kilroy 6" from "The Sixth Division" board called me and told me to meet up with him and he had a surprise to show me (he lives 5 minutes from it). "Bring your camera!"
After picking him up, boy was I in for a treat! We spent several hours exploring and taking pictures. Posted the link for some of the pictures and the site for the Fighter Factory were they have information about how their aircraft came to be. Amazing! Open 7 days a week 9:00 to 4:30.
These aircraft are restored and flyable!

I guess calling you "lucky" would be an understatement.
Very cool. Now if you ever customize your Avenger you don't have any excuses to not get it right.
My little treasure trove is about an hour away. McClain's armor museum. 60 vehicles, about 50 are in full operational condition. Everything from a WWI US tank to what they say is the only operational M1A1 in private civilian hands.
Anyway, what a great suprise and I was really shocked to see the 88 and BMW R75 in DAK colors.
