Good to see it go to an American company. My SIG is one of the best firearms I've ever experienced.

I hate to say it but sig sauer is actually a european company

You are correct. I just assumed because mine said "Made in Exeter New Hampshire" it was a US company, I guess all their manufacturing is here.

I still like my trusty .45 cal M1911, even if it is a pain to field-strip and clean :wink:

Even though I am only 18 I have already made my choice for my concealed carry pistol I will carry my fathers m1911 compact with two mags plus his police issue glock that was given to him when he retired with three mags for back up
