From Sgt. Taylor:
"On Friday, I signed a felony affidavit charging Mr. Jerry Napier ofRichmond, Indiana for Six (6) Class D Felony counts of Theft for his actionsagainst you in various scams from 2004 to 2006. The arrest warrant shouldbe out in two to four weeks when the judge signs off on it (on average), andI'll take him into custody as soon as that warrant comes out."

If Jerry was reading this, what could he do. Hide, escape, change identities? I don't think so. He's going to face justice.
Now it's up to the justice system to see how much he will face.

when will this end? My lordy, I'll have to leave it in my will, I'll be old, grey and nearly dead by the time this gets sorted. A clear cut case like this shouldn't take this long should it?

paperwork

Post by digger » Wed Oct 10, 2007 8:26 am

Felony charges have been brought. If you cooperated with Indiana Police you should have received a letter from the prosecuting attorney with enclosures. The forms NEED to be filled out. I know paperwork is nobody's favorite thing but we have come TOO far as a group to not follow through at this point. So? So fill out the two forms and send them in!!

To who that was scammed by Jerry Wayne Napier AKA: Bob Hughes, make sure you fill out the paperwork that the Indiana Judicial System sent you and return it promptly. I sent mine in. Did anybody else?

It maybe because they didn't receive your papers back - through no fault of your own, they just arrived - so she was following up.

I forgot all about sending in my paperwork and just found it the other day and finally sent it in. Hopefully between all of us they have what they need to finish the case strong!

Does anybody know when the hearing/trial begins?

Back when I was actively searching/trading 1/18 AC Jerry came close to scamming me out of an AVG P-40. I mailed it to him then came back home and found an email waiting for me from another board member warning me that he was also Audie Murphy.

I went back to the PO and retrieved the plane and emailed Jerry telling him what I thought of him having relations with his various family members.

His response was to supply my email to various porn subscription services.

He's low-life white trash and I do hope that the Indiana police are able to make him pay dearly - for cheating people out of toys LOLOLOL!!!!

Has anybody heard anything new from Sgt. Taylor? It's been real quiet here. The Judicial System really does move
at a "Snail's Pace"! I guess that Murder and Drugs take higher presidence over a loser toy scammer named Jerry Napier.
I still can't believe what a loser he is!!!!
